Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully (design, colour and quantity) before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about a piece, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will be happy to share more photos or details.
Return policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will help you. Please share:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the product and the packaging, and
- an unboxing video, if you have one.

Requests received more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be accepted.
